Instructional Design

E-Learning Engine, LLC staff employs an instructional design strategy founded in both practical experience and advanced studies in best practices.  Our process includes:

Instructional objectives based on performance outcomes.
Assessment instruments that authenticate content objectives.
Instructional delivery methods that not only elicit the desired performance, but enhance retention and transfer of the knowledge to long-term memory.

Needs Assessment

E-Leaning Engine, LLC offers its clients a systematic approach to solving informational and training problems.  This approach assists clients in determining their training goals, identifying discrepancies between the goals and the status quo and establishing priorities for meeting the informational needs of their workforce.

Content Development

We have created a strategy for developing Web-based content that recognizes adult learning theory, industry standards for presentation of materials over the Web, SCORM and ADA 508 compliance requirements and effective strategies for integration of media into training materials.  Our content development team is experienced in developing content for both the Web and CD-ROM that focuses on interactivity and positive reinforcement.  We will work with subject matter experts to create storyboards that ensure a positive learning experience for all individuals.

Web site design, development and delivery

At the core of our development efforts is a tool that was developed by the company called E-Learning Engine Software. This tool allows us to quickly package content for the Web and CD-ROM that meets all industry standards, including SCORM and ADA compliance requirements.  Combined these tools provide us the infrastructure to cost-effectively package rich media courses or knowledge-on-demand pieces compatible with any organization’s knowledge management system or Intranet requirements.
